Valentine’s Menu 2012 (Monday the 13th thru Saturday the 18th)
4-Courses: $55 per person

1st Course
choice of :

quail bites
thyme and honey infused aioli

crab cakes
jicama, gala apple, and fennel slaw, orange glaze

rabbit sausage
with brussel sprout leaves and a whole grain honey mustard sauce

2nd Course
choice of :

baby spinach salad
raspberry vinaigrette, toasted almonds, Texas goat cheese, and honey infused strawberries

tomato and basil bisque
brioche and brie gratin

organic tomato salad
mozzarella, baby lettuces, and a balsamic reduction

3rd Course
choice of :

seared lobster tail
pancetta and organic corn risotto, french beans,
jumbo lump crab, and white wine butter

filet gratin
Maytag crusted 8oz. filet, bacon & cheese potato puree, and oven roasted vegetables

venison
sweet potato puree and french beans
chipotle infused red wine sauce

4th Course
choice of :

chocolate gooey goodness
molten style chocolate cake with whipped cream and fresh berries

strawberry shortbread
macerated strawberries, fresh whipped cream
